Recently, the project of “Wireless Dispatching Command System” of a ministry and commission of the state, which was undertaken by Beijing Wuyuexin Company, passed the acceptance test for more than one month, and was put into use formally.
The system is based on CTI technology, computer network, wireless digital trunking communication technology, mainly composed of dispatching system software, server, wireless access voice card, wireless communication network, vehicle terminal, GPS positioning and so on. Through the GSM/CDMA network and GPS positioning technology, we can grasp the driving situation of task vehicles in a certain area and the location of operation parking points in the dispatching room or mobile dispatching vehicle through the network, and timely dispatch and command the mobile units according to the actual situation. Because of the limitation of communication mode, the common dispatching system can only rely on the fixed dispatching center to assign tasks and transfer information in the limited area, which fully reflects the characteristics of “mobility, real-time, security” of the wireless dispatching and command system.
